THey are the four most powerful daleks ever.  even higher than the emporor himself.  led bya dalek Sec dalek thay dalek jast and dalek caan.   THey appear in the battle of canary wharf,  the dalek  hybrid change and the return of davros and hieght of the dale empire.  they are in the picture on my first post
